Metastacia

Metastacia is an unusual Hollow that has the power to merge with Shinigami. He uses this power to infiltrate groups of Shinigami and kill them off one by one. He merged with Kaien Shiba when the latter tried to kill him for killing his wife Miyako Shiba, but he was killed by Rukia Kuchiki and later eaten by Espada Aaroniero Arruruerie. 

Powers and Abilities 

Metastacia is an experiment of Aizen's, hence its unique abilities.

Metastacia possessing Kaien

Body Possession: Metastacia could possess anyone he wanted to, by transferring his spirit body into their own. The only example explicitly shown was with Kaien Shiba; whenever he possesses a body, their skin turns green, eyes turn completely black, and orange splotches appear around their eyes, similar to the appearance of his Hollow mask.
Zanpakutō Destruction: If anyone touches the tentacles on Metastacia's back, their Zanpakutō will be destroyed instantly. This effect was limited to once a night, and was the only reason he had such an easy time against a Shinigami lieutenant.

Numb Chandelier

Numb Chandelier (ナム シャンデリア, Namu Shanderia) is one of the Hollows who were attracted to Karakura Town by Uryū Ishida's bait, during the Agent of the Shinigami arc. She attacked many Karakura High School students, including Tatsuki Arisawa and Chizuru Honshō and was eventually defeated by Orihime Inoue.

Bulbous G

Bulbous G (バルバス G, Barubasu Jī) is one of the Hollows who came to the Human World following Uryū Ishida's bait, during the Agent of the Shinigami arc. He chased Yasutora Sado and Karin Kurosaki and was subsequently defeated by Sado.

Hollow are a race of creatures which are born from Human souls who, for various reasons, do not cross over to Soul Society after their death and stay in the Human World for too long. They are corrupt spirits with supernatural powers that devour the souls of both living and deceased Humans. Hollows are the principal antagonists at the beginning of the story and remain a primary threat beyond that point. The Demi Hollow

The Demi-Hollow (半虚 (デミ・ホロウ), Demi-Horō) first appeared as a Jibakurai (ジバクライ) that was chained to an abandoned Karakura Town hospital. He is turned into a Hollow thanks to the interference of Don Kanonji and later purified by Ichigo.

Grand Fisher

In his Hollow form, Grand Fisher resembles a giant hamster with bird-like hands and feet and a tentacle-like limb that hangs from his forehead, similar to the esca (lure) of an anglerfish. The lure is vaguely Human-sized and can be transformed to resemble anyone Grand Fisher wishes, usually taking the appearance of a young girl. It can act independently of Grand Fisher, and as long as either the lure or Grand Fisher himself survives, he cannot be purified.

Grand Fisher's first Arrancar

In his first Arrancar form, he resembles a smaller, more humanoid version of his old self with a tattooed face. His mask remnants consist of his entire lower jaw, which obscures half of his face.
When he appeared in the Human World again to kill Ichigo, however, his appearance changed drastically. His entire mask was left unbroken and the upper half sat on his forehead. He also had fur all over his body and was much larger. His Hollow hole was also higher than his previous appearance. He carries a large Zanpakutō on his back. These changes to his appearance have not been explained.

Gagamel

One of Baraggan's many subordinate Hollows under his command when he was King of Hueco Mundo. This Hollow tried to kill Aizen at the gates of the palace, but was instantly killed by Tōsen.

Shrieker

Shrieker (シュリーカー, Shurīkā) is a frog-type Hollow with retractable bat wings on its arms. Shrieker attacks Yasutora Sado after he obtains a cockatiel possessed by the spirit of a dead child named Yūichi Shibata. Upon being killed by Ichigo, he is sent to Hell for sins he committed as a living Human.

AcidWire

Acidwire (アシッドワイヤー, Ashiddowaiyā) is the snake-like Hollow form of Orihime Inoue's brother, Sora Inoue. He regains his reason and personality after having his mask partially shattered in combat and purifies himself with Ichigo's Zanpakutō. He has a humanoid upper body with a snake-like lower body. He gets his name from his ability to spit acid

Hexapodus

Hexapodus (ヘキサポダス, Hekisapodusu) is a Hollow purified by Ichigo during the Agent of the Shinigami arc.

Plot

Agent of the Shinigami arc

Hexapodus appears next to the Yumizawa Children's Park in Karakura Town, where he finds the Plus of a little boy and attacks him. The plus runs away, but eventually trips and falls. Hexapodus is about to strike when he notices two figures standing nearby; Ichigo Kurosaki and Rukia Kuchiki. He asks them who they are but instead of a reply, Ichigo cuts off his forelegs, and Hexapodus backs away to avoid further dama/10

FishBond D

Fishbone D (フィッシュボーン D, Fisshubōn Dī) is a Hollow who attacks the Kurosaki Clinic
on the night Ichigo meets Rukia. He is subsequently purified by Ichigo, after the latter receives Rukia's Shinigami powers.  He is a Humanoid Hollow, approximately 16ft in height, with a fish like mask and a dorsal fin on his back. His shoulders and arms are plated with what appears to be a part of his mask and his body is covered with dark gray stripes, resembling the scales of a fish.Plot Agent of the Shinigami arc  Fishbone first appears when he chases down and devours the Plus of a little girl, who was a friend of Ichigo, and haunted her death spot, near Ichigo's home. He was being followed by a Shinigami, Rukia Kuchiki, but she unfortunately had her senses blinded by Ichigo's vast Reiryoku and lost his tracks. After killing the Plus, Fishbone makes his way to the Kurosaki Clinic, where he crashes through the kitchen wall and attacks Ichigo's father, Isshin, and his younger sister, Karin. He then grabs Karin's twin sister, Yuzu, and takes her out of the house.  Yuzu's cries attract the attention of both Ichigo and Rukia. Ichigo soon runs out of the house, wielding a baseball bat, but Fishbone effortlessly punches him away, breaking the bat. When he is about to strike again, the Fishbone's arm is suddenly sliced by Rukia, which causes him to drop the Human girl before retreating into Hueco Mundo for several seconds to heal his wound. When he returns to the Human World, he spots an opportunity to strike at the Shinigami and seizes it, knocking her against a wall. Seeing this, Ichigo stands up to Fishbone and challenges him. Fishbone attacks, but the Shinigami blocks him with her own body, her Zanpakutō cutting into the upper part of his mask, prompting him to retreat again. When he returns, Fishbone attacks again, but when he nearly reaches his targets, Ichigo is suddenly turned into a Shinigami and cuts off Fishbone's arm. Fishbone makes the mistake of attacking again without retreating, which proves to be fatal when Ichigo cuts off his leg and then through his head, purifying him. Powers and Abilities  Spiritual power: Fishbone D has a sizable spiritual power. When Rukia exits the area being effected by Ichigo's spiritual pressure, she is astounded by the sudden amount of spiritual pressure Fishbone D is emitting.

The Privaron Espada are former Espada who have officially lost their rank and are assigned a three-digit number. Being former Espada, they are far stronger than the normal Números. They reside in Tres Cifras, which translates literally from Spanish as "Three Digits". As mentioned by Dordonii, these former "naturally created" Espada were rendered obsolete after Aizen began artificially creating to meet his own standards.

Espada

The Espada (Ten Sword) are the top-ranked Arrancar in Sōsuke Aizenize's army of Hollow-Shinigami hybrids, are the most powerful Hollows under Aizen's command, and are the main rivals of the Gotei 13.

History

The creation of the Espada has long been one of Aizen's most important preoccupations. While it is not specified when the Espada were first brought together as a group, the original Espada were already in existence sometime before Aizen's defection from the Soul Society and acquisition of the Hōgyoku. Since then, the composition of the Espada has changed, both in membership and position.
At some point in the past Nnoitra Jiruga was the 8th Espada with Nelliel as the 3rd Espada and Szayel Aporro Granz was not a member at all. During this time Aizen frequently sent the Espada out to search for the Vasto Lorde-class Menos.
Before his death, Aaroniero Arruruerie was the sole member of the current Espada who was also part of the first-generation Espada. He was also the only Arrancar from Gillian-class Menos stock to attain a position among the Espada.

Vasto Lorde

Tia Harribel as a Vasto Lorde.

Vasto Lorde are the third classification of Menos and the highest level of evolution. They are extremely small Hollows, roughly the same size as humans and are extremely rare in number. It is said that you could count their entire number within Hueco Mundo with only the fingers of your hand. The Vasto Lordes' combat capabilities are above that of the captains of the Gotei 13.  

• Appearance: Unknown.

• Signature Skills: Unknown.

Apart from the need to cannibalize even more Hollows, any special requirements for the creation of a Vasto Lorde are unknown.
Tōshirō Hitsugaya states that if Sōsuke Aizen has more than ten Arrancar at Vasto Lorde level, Soul Society would be doomed. Of the Espada, Harribel has been confirmed to being a Vasto Lorde at the time of her recruitment

Adjhucas

Adjuchas (中級大虚 (アジューカス), ajūkasu; Japanese for "Intermediate Great Hollow") are the second classification of Menos. They are smaller than Gillians and far fewer in number. However, they're much smarter and stronger than Gillians. They're often the ones who lead Gillians into battle. Adjuchas are commonly solitary creatures rarely joining into groups. They are powerful enough to challenge a captain of the Gotei 13.

• Appearance: Adjuchas can vary radically in appearance; anywhere from bulky humanoids to the jaguar-like form of pre-Arrancar Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez.

• Signature Skills: Cero, Garganta, Unique Individual Powers & Abilities

• Evolution: Adjuchas-class Menos are much smaller in population compared to the Gillian class, due to the rarity of any one Hollow being capable of overwhelming the many other Hollows that comprise the body of a Gillian. Furthermore, the Adjuchas must continue to devour Hollows, or its mind will be absorbed by the other Hollows comprising its form and it will revert back into a Gillian. The subsequent lack of an individual will also preclude the reverted Gillian from becoming an Adjuchas again.

Gillian

Gillian (最下大虚 (ギリアン), girian; Japanese for "Lowest Great Hollow"), also called Menos Grande (大虚 (メノスグランデ), menosu gurande; Spanish for "Less Big" or "Big Minus", Japanese for "Great Hollow") are the first and weakest of all Menos. In human terms they would be foot soldiers. There are many of them and they all look alike. In Soul Society, they are the "Menos" that are generally referred to in textbooks. Gillians are huge, but they are slow and have beast-like intellect. Any Captain would be able to destroy them with ease. Up to the point when Rukia Kuchiki meets Ichigo Kurosaki, she has only seen them in such textbooks, despite having been a Shinigami for many years. Gillains commonly attack in a group and one is powerful enough to be a challenge for a Lieutenant of the Gotei 13.

• Appearance: Gillians are huge monster Hollows towering at least 2-6 stories tall, easily dwarfing even the largest standard Hollow. They all have a white mask with an elongated nose. Their bodies are covered from theirs head to their feet with a black covering reminiscent of a cloak. Around their neck is a row of thin white spikes. They have large, pointed feet wrapped in white bandages. They have large white hands with long, sharp, white nails, but they are commonly hidden within their cloak, rarely revealed even in combat. They also have long tongues capable of breaking a fellow Hollow's mask.

• Signature Skills: Cero, Garganta, Negación

• Evolution: Though Gillians usually have no personality to speak of, which makes them dangerous since they have no mind of their own, one of the many Hollows that comprise it might gain control over the newly formed entity, reflected in the unique mask it wears in comparison to a normal Gillian. Only these Gillian variants have the potential to evolve into Adjuchas-class Menos. The evolution is facilitated by the continued cannibalization of fellow Hollows, even other Gillians.

Aaroniero Arruruerie is the only originally Gillian-class Menos to have achieved the rank of Espada after his Arrancarification.
